Assembly instructions
1. Setting up and aligning the pairs of scissors
ü FOR UNDERFLOOR MOUNTING:
Position the two pairs of scissors in the existing pit and place the control box on the designated
surface.
ü FOR ABOVE-FLOOR MOUNTING:
Position the two pairs of scissors parallel to each other and place the control box on the intended
surface as indicated in the technical data. Before fastening with dowels, make sure that both scissors
are aligned, if necessary align with washers or plates.
2. Attaching hydraulic hoses
To attach the hydraulic hoses, it is advisable to lift the two shears up to the first notch using a suitable
aid
ü Open the front cover of the switch box.
ü Attach hydraulic hose(s) as shown below.
ü Connect hydraulic hoses and leakage oil lines to the cylinders as shown.
3. Hydraulic oil
Fill hydraulic oil up to the mark on the dipstick. Only use the oils specified in the
purpose.
