a) Check the strength of the safety anchors
b) Check synchronization and light barriers
c) Check limit switch for function
d) Beeper when CE stop is reached
e) Oil level check
f) Lift a load of approx. 2000 kg to a height of approx. 1000 mm
g) Then lower the load to the first notch (approx. 500 mm).
h) When continuing to lift, check the synchronization and adjust if necessary.
i) Lower the load and mount the missing covers.
11. After setting up, fill in the attached test booklet.
Tip
For optimum corrosion protection, we recommend cavity sealing. Furthermore, use a suitable
silicone for joints.

Before commissioning

Warning
Before commissioning, check all fastening screws, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic lines
and tighten them if necessary.
Caution: Some of these must be checked at regular intervals and tightened if necessary.
