Maintaining the BestWater System

How to maintain my BestWater
system
The water filters must be regularly main-
tained and replaced (see Terms of War-
ranty) in order for your water filtration
system to function reliably and produce
high-quality water over a long period of
time. The pre-filters are the first level be-
fore the membrane, which they protect
in a special way.
Let a professional, authorised installer
(e.g. gas-water installer) who has the pro-
per tools (such as an air pressure gauge)
be present during the work required to
maintain your water filtration system to
provide you with instructions.
The general condition of your unit should
be assessed during the annual mainte-
nance, and the following steps must be
followed:
Check the hose connections

Check the connectors

(replace if necessary)
Measure the air pressure in the

storage pressure tank
(set if necessary)
Change and disinfect the filter

(see below)

Semiannual filter replacement
Use these images to help you with
your semiannual filter change and re-
placing the 20 µm pre-filter, and follow
these steps using the images below:
Closing the watersupply at the corner vale
When you start maintenance, you must
stop the flow of water to the device.
Please close the corner valve and turn
on the faucet in order to empty out the
reservoir.
Turn on the designer faucet
Open the front hatch of the BestWater
system. Use the star screwdriver to un-
screw the individual screws on both si-
des of the front hatch and remove the
hatch from the system.
