What do I do if ...

You can fix most errors and disruptions
that occur during daily use by yourself.
In many cases you can save time and
money by not having to call up customer
service.
The following tables should help you find
and resolve the causes of a disruption
and error.
Problem
Slow, low water purification

tions, etc.
Insufficient flushing of the filter system

Water pressure too low
Pressure valve damaged
Membrane clogged
Booster pump continues to work uninter-
rupted
Air enrichment and binding of the zeolite
mineral rock in the filter system
Solution
Measure the water pressure, the values must
be between 3.0 -7.0 bar.
The hose must be replaced.
Change the pre-filter.
Install the pre-filter the right way round.
Membrane must be replaced by a specialist
supplier.
Plug the main plug into the socket or check
the connection / fuse If necessary, check the
vacuum switch / overpressure switch (for
controlling the booster pump).
Check for leakage or replace
The stored pressure tank should be emptied
once or twice a week.
This problem is mostly caused by the postfil-
ter: Aqua-Lith Crystal Energy, this fault should
be checked and replaced if necessary.
See point 1.
Excessive water pressure can damage the
pressure regulator.
Replace the pressure valve.
Membrane must be replaced by specialist
dealer.
Check the overpressure switch (for booster
pump control).
Air as well as binding of the zeolite mineral
rock in the filtered water (permeate) of the
filter system, is usually a temporary pheno-
menon and occurs after the filter has been
changed. It disappears again within a short
time; if necessary, the unit must be vented.
