Proper use

This BestWater system is designed to be
used in the household and household-li-
ke environments, such as:
in stores, offices, and other similar

work environments,
in agricultural environments,
●
in hotels, motels, inns, and other
●
typical residential environments.
Use the BestWater system exclusively
with cold mains water and only for fil-
tering impurities that can be found in
mains water. All other types of use are
not permitted. BWI BestWater GmbH is
not liable for damages cause by impro-
per use or incorrect operation or instal-
lation.
People who are unable to operate the
BestWater system due to physical, sen-
sory, or mental impairments, inexperien-
ce, or lack of knowledge may not operate
the BestWater system without super-
vision or instruction from a responsible
individual.

Children in the household

Supervise children when they are near
the system. Never let children play with
the BestWater system.
Children may only use the BestWater
system without supervision if the ins-
tructions for operating the BestWater
system have been explained to them in
such a way that they can safely operate
it.
Children must be aware of the potential
risks of improper operation.

Technical safety

Check the BestWater system for exter-
nal damage before installation. Do not
install and operate a damaged BestWa-
ter system. It is very important that this
basic safety requirement is tested, and
that the home installation is inspected
by a professional in case of doubt.
Defective parts may only be replaced by
BWI BestWater GmbH. BWI BestWater
GmbH can only guarantee that these
parts completely fulfil the safety requi-
rements.
Improper modifications may entail unfo-
reseen risks for the user, for which BWI
BestWater GmbH is not liable. Repairs
may only be conducted by specialists
authorised by BestWater International
GmbH, otherwise there is no warranty
claim for the resulting damages.
The BestWater system can only be con-
nected to the water supply with a state-
of-the-art hose. Old hoses may not be
reused.
Only specialists who meet the require-
ments for the safe use of this appliance
may install and set up this BestWater
system in non-stationary locations (e.g.
ships, motorhomes).
Do not make any changes to the BestWa-
ter system that are not explicitly permit-
ted by BWI BestWater GmbH.

Permitted use

Do not store your BestWater system
in places exposed to frost. Hoses can
freeze, system parts can crack or break,
and the reliability of the system can be
impaired by temperatures below free-
zing.
