Combining operating modes

Improper handling of the appliance
may cause it to become damaged.
The grill rack is not suitable for micro-
wave mode.
■ Use the grill rack exclusively in simple
grill mode or hot air mode.
You can combine the "Microwave" and "Grill"
modes in two different settings. Doing so lets
you cook quickly and produce a nice crust
at the same time. This shortens preparation
times enormously.
There are two combinations available:
Indicator Combination
55 % microwave
C-1
45 % grill
36% microwave
C-2
64% grill
1. Place the dish or drink into the cooking
chamber and close the door so that it
clicks into place and locks.
2. Press the "Microwave/Grill/Combi" but-
ton (17) once and turn the function selec-
tor or repeatedly press the "Microwave/
Grill/Combi" button (17) until the
indicator flashes on the display (11).
3. Press the "Start/+30 Sec./Confirm" but-
ton (14).
The indicator on the display (11) stops
flashing.
4. Turn the function selector to set the de-
sired cooking duration.
5. Press the "Start/+30 Sec./Confirm" but-
ton (14).
The appliance starts. The ventilator starts.
The cooking chamber light will switch on.
The turntable starts to turn. On the dis-
play (11), the indicators
and
cator will begin to count down.
As soon as the cooking time has finished, a
signal will sound 5 times and the appliance
switches off. The display (11) now shows
the time again.
6. Open the cooking chamber door (8) and
carefully remove the dish from the cook-
ing chamber.

When defrosting frozen food you have two
program options available:
C-1 or C-2
Defrosting by weight (
Enter the weight of the dish you would like
to defrost, and the appliance will select the
defrosting time which is ideally suited for this
weight.
