• Empty the capsule collection tray ❻ and clean it.
• Clean with a cloth damped with water and dry thor-
oughly.
• Always place the machine on degreased and dry
surfaces.
• Remove grid ❼, take out and empty drawer/pan
❻-❽.
• The capsule holder can be cleaned carrying out
an empty coffee cycle, see "COFFEE PREPARA-
TION" section.
• Wash every removed part with hot water and kitch-
enware detergent. Dry thoroughly and refit them.
TEMPERATURE
SETTING
To enter the temperature setting mode, proceed as
follows:
Turn off the machine, using the switch on the rear. For
the manual version, press the button ⓭ for some sec-
onds , and ,➌ for the dosed version. Switch on the
machine by means of the main switch.
Hold the button for 10 seconds. Release it then. In
default configuration the leds white and red together,
at this point you can change the temperature as de-
scribed below.

MANUAL version

Once having entered temperature setting, select by
means of the coffee dispensing button ⓭.
DOSED version
Once having entered temperature setting, select by
means of the short coffee dispensing button ➌.

NOTE: The machine set up permits to set
the temperature on 3 levels, at intervals of
4°C (-4°C, Standard, +4°C).
The three temperature levels are shown by the White
LED and/or the Red one, as follows:

The temperature level changes every time the coffee
dispensing button is pressed.
The setting sequence is the following:

To exit the temperature setting mode, switch the ma-
chine off then on again.

DOSE SELF-LEARNING

To enter the dose self-learning mode, switch the ma-
chine on and wait until it reaches the heating tempera-
ture, and then:
• Press and hold the button to dispense coffee you
want to set;
• In the moment when the ring flashing with a higher
frequency, the machine goes in a dose self-learn-
ing;
