9.5 Mount and adjust hedge trimmer

9.5.1 Mount hedge trimmer head
1. Place the protective cover (B.3) on the sword (B.2).
2. Plug the hedge trimmer head (B.1) into the receptacle on the telescopic tube (6).
Pay attention to the correct orientation. The hedge trimmer head and the locking button on the handle must point
upwards. The two arrows on the hedge trimmer head and the pipe must face each other.
3. Tighten the screw sleeve (12) clockwise.
9.5.2 Adjust inclination
In order to ensure an optimal working position, the hedge trimmer head can be inclined in 15° steps up to an angle
of 135°.
1. Press the inclination angle lock (15) on both sides and set the desired inclination angle.
Make sure that the hedge trimmer head is locked in one of the locking positions.
