13 After working
Remove the battery.
Store the battery according to the battery manufacturer instructions.
Store the power tool in a dry area protected from frost.
Apply a little oil to the sword or chain before storage to prevent rust.
Put the protective cover on the sword or bar.
14 Cleaning
Important:
– Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions. They damage the
housing and can cause the product to malfunction.
– Do not immerse the product in water.
1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove all chips, dirt and debris in the battery holder.
3. Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth. Keep ventilation slots clean.
15 Maintenance
15.1 Refill chain oil
Important:
Only use chain and bar lubricant for chain saws. Consult a professional in case of doubts.
1. Place the device on a level surface.
2. Unscrew the chain oil tank cap (28) in an anti-clockwise direction.
3. Fill the chain oil into the chain oil tank (20) until the level indicator shows the level shown. Make sure that no dirt
gets into the oil tank.
4. Close the oil tank by turning the lid clockwise screw tight.
