2. Stitch pattern settings

2.1 Flow of functions and summary

Left bartack

After sewing initial stitches in the stitch position a, the machine will
first sew the first left bartack b.
It is only following the right stitch c of the right lip that the first d
bartack will be sewn.
Following the sewing of the final bartack the machine will sew the
important tying stitches e at the end of the buttonhole.

Unchangeable settings in the flow of functions

The heart cam 1 on the control cam determines the forward and
backward movement of the sewing basket.

The end cam 2 on the cam disk changes the stitches from the
position a to the right lip and back.
Heart cam 1 and the end cam 2 must match exactly.
