25. Licence agreements for end users

25.1. Audio products for use with Internet radio

This document is the property of MEDION. Copying of the document and/or disclo-
sure of its content are prohibited unless MEDION gives its written approval. All third
parties to whom this document is issued must sign a non-disclosure agreement.
This document replaces all previous versions. MEDION, the providers of the online
contents and the portal services reserve the right to make changes without notice
in line with their respective policy of ongoing improvement of products, services
and documentation.
MEDION shall not be liable for losses that have allegedly arisen from the use of this
document or corresponding products.

granted the simple, non-transferable right
to use the software merely in the form of the
object code and only for operating the product.

main with the providing contract party (or with the respective licensor). All their

soft. Without a licence issued by Microsoft, any use or distribution of this technolo-
gy not linked to the product is prohibited.
