Troubleshooting
Test the hydraulics without the basic
machine, build up 100 bar, compare the
actual value with the target value – the
difference should be less than 5 bar
1) Compare the temperature of the
heating element with what is shown on
the display
2) Set parameter P002 to "0"
3) Protect the heating plate from strong
wind
Compare the temperature of the heating
element with what is shown on the dis-
play
Call up the "default" file in the middle of
the screen:
1) Close the "GO" screen
2) Double click on "default"
3) Restart the machine
Troubleshooting
Have service performed
Check oil level, check pressure sensor,
defective valve, defective motor
Replace pressure sensor
Wait until the oil temperature is below
50°C
Replace the sensor
Remeasure temperature, check settings,
replace sensor
