Je nach Größe und Alter des Kindes
vorzugsweise an der Handfläche
oder am Finger applizieren.
z. B. an der Handfläche:
Sensor in der Handfläche
plazieren, Kabel zum Handgelenk
führen.
Sensor um die Hand herum
wickeln, sodaß sich die beiden
Punkte direkt gegenüber liegen.
Sensor und Kabel mit Heftpflaster
fixieren.
Lage des Sensors spätestens nach
24 Stunden wechseln, um die
Durchblutung der Haut zu sichern.
Universal-Y-Sensor
applizieren
z. B. am Finger
Sensorteil mit der Markierung
»TOP« auf den Nagel legen.
Das andere Sensorteil direkt
gegenüber plazieren.
Sensorteile und Kabel mit Heft-
pflaster fixieren.
Andere mögliche Applikationsstellen:
Hand oder Fuß von Kleinkindern,
Zeh, Nasenflügel, Ohrläppchen.
Lage des Sensors spätestens nach
24 Stunden wechseln, um die
Durchblutung der Haut zu sichern.

Attaching infant sensor
Depending on size and age of child,
preferably attach to palm of hand or
finger.
On palm of hand, for example:
Place sensor on palm of hand,
route cable to wrist.
Wrap sensor around the hand so
that the two dots are positioned
directly opposite each other.
Fix sensor and cable in place with
adhesive plaster.
Change position of sensor at least
once every 24 hours to ensure
adequate blood supply to skin.
Attaching Universal Y sensor
On finger, for example:
Place half of sensor marked
"TOP" on nail.
Position the other half of sensor
directly opposite.
Fix sensor halves and cable with
adhesive plaster.
Other possible application points
hand or foot of infant, toe, nostril,
earlobe.
Change position of sensor at least
once every 24 hours to ensure
adequate blood supply to skin.
