• Before starting work, empty the waste oil container of the service station to allow
a visual check of the waste oil separated after disposal and the waste oil separated
after the flushing process.
• Replace the filter on the rinse tank before the flushing process.
• Always flush the transport refrigeration system against the general flow direction.
• Fill sufficient refrigerant into the service station. Otherwise the flushing process
cannot be started.
• The service station carries out the flushing process three times in a row.

Flushing of refrigerant oil residues
4.1
Preparations
NOTE!
• Before flushing, start up the transport refrigeration system for a few minutes
• When flushing refrigerant oil residues, the expansion valve and capillary tube
Prepare the flushing as follows:
1.
Connect the A/C service station to the transport refrigeration system and dispose of
the transport refrigeration system's refrigerant oil completely.
2.
After emptying the transport refrigeration system, take a note of the amount of refrig-
erant oil separated. The noted value is added to the total amount after the flushing
process.
3.
Perform the steps as shown (fig. 2 - fig. 8).
NOTE!
When the magnetic valve opener (fig. 1 4) is put on and the magnetic valve is
tightened, you must hear a distinct clicking sound. If you do not hear a clicking
sound, replace the magnetic valve opener rotated by 180° (fig. 8).
5.
Perform the steps as shown (fig. 9 - fig. a).
4.2
Perform the flushing process
1.
Make sure that the waste oil container of the service station is empty.
2.
Select "Other selections" from the service station menu.
3.
Select the entry "Flushing".
4.
Select the entry "Full flushing".
5.
Press the ENTER key to start the flushing process.
