Operation in shallow water:
When using the boat in shallow water, the outboard engine may be raised above the lifting
range to avoid grounding.
1- Keep the engine running slowly
2- Raise the engine: Check that all the water inlet ports remain submerged
3- Only run the engine at idling speed.
HOW TO DRIVE YOUR BOAT
FOR YOUR SAFETY, WE RECOMMEND USING THE ENGINE
LIFTING HEIGHT LIMITING UNIT. THIS ENGINE OPTION ALLOWS
REDUCING THE ENGINE LIFTING RANGE. WE RECOMMEND
LEAVING AT LEAST 5 CENTIMETRES (2 IN.) MINIMUM BETWEEN
THE ENGINE, ONCE RAISED, AND ONE OF THE PARTS OF THE
BOAT.
