2.6.4 Open a Lock with PIN Code

Press key Clear and release it immediately, and, if required, press
1.
key < or key > and key Enter in order to select Open.
Code entry | Lock 1 is on display, as it may be.
With key < or key > , and key Enter select the lock, if required.

Code entry | Standard may be on display.
Confirm Standard with key Enter, if required.

Code entry | User: Master is on display.
With key < or key > select the user- / personnel number and Enter, if required.
4.
Code entry | user: is on display or Code entry |Staffnb: XXXXXX
and User / Staffnb | PIN Code are on display.
5. Confirm with Enter.
User no: / Staffnb: XXXXXX is on display, 0123456789 , as it may
be, and Code: or Code entry | User: Master is on display.
6. Enter your PIN code.
The input of code of another type may be required. In this case select Code
card and enter this kind of code.
For users that enter PIN code only, Open| Please wait is on display. The
bolt of the lock moves back. Open | Lock open: no. is on display and, as
it may be, System unlocked.
You have opened the lock successfully.

2.6.5 Trigger Silent Alarm When Opening a Lock

That is an inconspicuous way to send a message calling for help. The
alarm cannot be triggered via code- or RFID card. When entering PIN
code, trigger the alarm by carrying out the steps listed below.
Take an activated device PowerXT II / EloXT II and a
burglar (intruder) alarm system (BAS / IAS).
This paragraph is a sequel of the last one.
1. Perform steps 1-5 of the last paragraph.

With < and >select all the numbers of your code but the last one. Confirm

each digit with Enter.
3. Instead of the last number ('8', for example) take its value (8) and add the
value which has been set in TwinComm for 'Silent alarm' (ex works '1', value
range 1-9) and confirm with Enter.
If the result is a two-digit number, instead of sum '10' enter 0, instead of '11'
1, instead of '12' 2 etc.
The messages displayed and, if necessary, additional opening procedures are
the same as those of a standard opening process.
You have entered the alarm code and successfully triggered silent alarm.
