The calibration process is an automatic cycle.
As soon as the cylinder is in the highest
position the calibration process is finished

returns to the „Program Mode". However, in this case the calibration process has not been
completely executed and has to be restarted once again.

8 Programming hydraulic Crimp Machine AT-65
8.1

Program selection

The hydraulic Crimp Machine AT-65 has three different programmable crimp cycles ("P1",
"P2", "P3"):
1. Program-Type "P1" (Upper and lowest end position)
With this program-type a complete crimp cycle between the upper and lowest end position
is executed. The crimp cylinder travels from the upper end position to the lowest,
programmed end position and back again. Only the lowest end position (crimp end position)
needs to be programmed.
2. Program-Type "P2" (Reduced start point height and lowest end position)
With this program-type a complete crimp cycle between the upper reduced start point
height and lowest end position is executed.
The reduced start point height is used to crimp for example small terminals. It is not
necessary to execute the complete crimp cycle and thus you save time. The crimp cylinder
travels from the upper reduced start point height to the lowest, programmed end position
and back again. Two positions need to be programmed, firstly the upper, reduced start
point height and secondly the lowest end position (crimp end position).
