TROUBLESHOOTING

Error
The device does not run.
The cooling is
insufficient.
The device is noisy and
wobbles.
Important: If the device does not work properly, turn it off and unplug it. Also have
the unit checked by a specialist company if the following occurs:
• The fuse and switch are often broken.
• The power cord overheats or is damaged.
• The device smells strange.
Possible cause
The device is switched
off.
Plug not inserted.
Fuse out or blown.
Timer incorrectly set.
Water tank is full.
The air inlets or outlets
are blocked.
There are heat sources
in the room.
The filters are clogged.
The temperature is set
incorrectly.
The fan is running too
slowly.
The floor is sloped or the
unit is not level.
Solution
Switch on the device.
Insert the plug firmly.
Replace the fuse.
Change the set time.
Empty the tank.
Remove all obstacles.
Remove all heat sources.
Clean the filters.
Change the temperature
setting.
Increase the speed.
Place the unit on a level
surface.
