Problem
The device is not running.
The unit goes off and on
all the time.
The unit makes loud
noises.
The compressor is not
running.
Error codes
E1 The evaporator coil sensor is
broken.
E2 The room temperature sensor
is broken.
E4 Frost protection: The coil
temperature is too low and
the entire air conditioning
system is switched off.
Possible cause
The plug has not been
plugged in.
The display shows FL.
The timer has expired.
The unit is in direct sunlight. Close the curtain.
Doors and windows are
open. There are heat
sources in the room.
The filter is dirty.
The air inlets or outlets are
blocked.
The unit is not level.
The unit has just been
switched off.
Have the sensor replaced by a specialist
company.
Have the sensor replaced by a specialist
company.
If the temperature rises above 8 °C again,
the protection is deactivated and the previous
operating state is automatically restored.
Suggested solution
Insert the plug.
Drain the water and then
restart the appliance.
Wait 3 minutes and then
