CONSOLE MANUAL
The electronic watch on the water resistance rowing
machine allows the user to set up his own program
through the operating program. During exercise, the
display will repeat the time, the time required to exer-
cise 500M, the number of strokes per minute, distance,
number of rowing, total number of times, calories and
heart rate.

【Button Function】

UP▲/DOWN▼: Press these two buttons to select the function; up ▲ / down ▼ to adjust the
function value。
ENTER: Confirm the setting button. During exercise, press this button to view the display of
each function.
START/STOP: Start or stop the selected exercise program.
RESET: Reset to return the electronic watch to the main interface.
RECOVERY: After exercise, press this button to enter the recovery procedure and automati-
cally measure the health of the athlete immediately.

【Display function】

TIME: Press Up ▲/Down ▼ to preset the target time (1 minute to 99 minutes);
Increment/decrement by 1 minute each time.
TIME/500M: The time required to display an average of 500 meters is automatically
displayed and continuously updated.
SPM: The number of strokes per minute.
DISTANCE: Press up ▲ / down ▼ to preset the target distance. (100 ~ 9999 m); increment/-
decrement 100 meters each time.
STROKES: Press Up ▲/Down ▼ to preset the target value (0~9990 times); increment/decre-
ment 10 times each time.
TOTAL STROKES: The cumulative total number of strokes can range from 0 to 9999.
CALORIES: Press Up ▲/Down ▼ to preset the target calorie value (10 cards to 9990 cards);
Increment/decrement 10 cards each time.
HRC/PULSE: In manual mode, press up ▲/down ▼ to set the target heartbeat value
(30~240), press to enter the confirmation, increment/decrement 1BPM each time, and the
HRC icon will be highlighted in the upper part of the electronic watch. During exercise, the
LCD will display the user's heart rate. When the target value is reached, the heart rate indica-
tor will flash and the meter will make a drip until it switches to another mode or removes the
chest strap. The electronic watch heartbeat function is only available for chest strap systems
with a frequency of 5.3 KHz.
CALENDAR: When the LCD is in sleep mode, the year, month, and day are displayed.
TEMPERATURE: When the LCD is in sleep mode, the current room temperature is
displayed.
CLOCK: When the LCD is in sleep mode, the current time is displayed.
