A.Press the start/stop button to start and the start/stop icon disappears. USER&PC will
appear in the rectangle (Figure 6). When the target distance preset in the competition mode
is reached, the electronic watch will stop. A PC win or USER win is displayed in the rectan-
gle.（Fig 7）

B.At the end of the competition, press Start/Stop to restart a new round of competition. Or
press the reset button to leave the competition screen.
（3）Heart rate recovery button: heart rate recovery
After a period of exercise, put on the chest strap and press the heart rate recovery button, the
function displayed on the LCD will stop, only TIME will count down from 00:60 to 00:00. After
the timer is over, the heart rate recovery state F1-F6 will be displayed on the LCD, 6 states,
F1 is the best recovery state, and F6 is the worst. The user can improve the heart rate recov-
ery state by insisting on exercise. (Press the heart rate recovery button again to return to the
main interface)
Alarm clock
The alarm can only be used when the watch is in the sleep state, and the alarm will not
sound during the exercise.
Press the reset button to return to the main interface to set the alarm.
Sleep mode
If the product is not used for 4 minutes, the watch will go to sleep.
Battery
The electronic watch contains 2 AA batteries, and all data will disappear when you replace
the battery. If the electronic watch is not clear, please replace the battery completely. Do not
use batteries of different models, and do not replace only one battery. Please dispose of the
used battery as specified.
