  • Seite 6 Step 1 Open the pre-assembled Main Frame, which is composed of parts (01) and (03). Insert Lock Pin (41) through the holes of the pre-assembled Main Frame. Step 2 Insert each Adjustable Pivot Bar (02L) & (02R) to Rear Support Tube (03), then secure it with 2 Washers (18), 2 End Caps (19), 2 M8 Flat Washers (52) and 2 M8*15mm Allen Bolts (46).

Step 4 Install the pre-assemble cushion frame (07) to each Adjustable pivot bar (02L & 02R) , then secure with 4 M8*20mm Allen bots (47), 8 M8 Flat washers (52) and 4 M8 Nylon nuts (54).

Install the Right handlebar (13R) to the right side of the main frame, then secure it with 2 M8*55mm Allen bolts (44), 4 M8 Flat washers (52) and 2 M8 Nylon nuts (54).

Step 8 Attach the Height adjustable tube (05) to the Back cushion frame (07) by pulling the M16 Knob (29) and Φ8*50mm Lock pin (41).

  • Seite 16 Étape 1 Ouvrez le cadre principal préassemblé, qui est composé des pièces (01) et (03). Insérez la goupille de verrouillage (41) dans les trous du cadre principal préassemblé. Étape 2 Insérez chaque barre pivotante réglable (02L) et (02R) dans le tube de support arrière (03), puis fixez- les avec 2 rondelles (18), 2 embouts (19), 2 rondelles plates M8 (52) et 2 boulons Allen M8*15mm (46).
  • Seite 17 Étape 3 Insérez le tube de coussin de tête préassemblé (06) dans le cadre du coussin de dossier (07) et fixez-le avec le bouton M16 (29) Étape 4 Fixez le cadre de coussin préassemblé (07) sur chaque barre pivotante réglable (02L et 02R), puis fixez-les avec 4 boulons Allen M8*20mm (47), 8 rondelles plates M8 (52) et 4 écrous en nylon M8 (54).

  • Seite 26 Paso 1 Abra el Marco Principal pre-montado, que consta de las piezas (01) y (03). Inserte el Pasador de Bloqueo (41) a través de los orificios del Marco Principal pre-montado. Paso 2 Inserte cada Barra de Pivote Ajustable (02L) y (02R) al Tubo de Soporte trasero (03), luego fíjelas con 2 Arandelas (18), 2 Tapas de Extremo (19), 2 Arandelas Planas M8 (52) y 2 Pernos Allen M8*15 mm (46).

  • Seite 36 Schritt 1 Öffnen Sie den vormontierten Hauptrahmen, der aus den Teilen (01) und (03) besteht. Führen Sie den Sicherungsstift (41) durch die Löcher des vormontierten Hauptrahmens. Schritt 2 Setzen Sie jede verstellbare Schwenkstange (02L) & (02R) in das hintere Stützrohr (03) ein und befestigen Sie sie dann mit 2 Unterlegscheiben (18), 2 Endkappen (19), 2 M8-Unterlegscheiben (52) und 2 M8 x 15 mm Inbusschrauben (46).
  • Seite 37 Schritt 3 Setzen Sie das vormontierte Kopfpolsterrohr (06) in den hinteren Polsterrahmen (07) ein und sichern Sie es mit dem M16-Knauf (29). Schritt 4 Montieren Sie den vormontierten Polsterrahmen (07) an jeder verstellbaren Schwenkstange (02L & 02R) und sichern Sie ihn dann mit 4 M8 x 20 mm Inbusschrauben (47), 8 M8-Unter- legscheiben (52) und 4 M8-Nylonmuttern (54).
  • Seite 38 Schritt 5 Montieren Sie den linken Lenker (13L) an der linken Seite des Hauptrahmens und befestigen Sie ihn dann mit 2 M8 x 55 mm Inbusschrauben (44), 4 M8-Unterlegscheiben (52) und 2 M8-Nylonmuttern (54). Montieren Sie den rechten Lenker (13R) an der rechten Seite des Hauptrahmens und befesti- gen Sie ihn mit 2 M8 x 55 mm Inbusschrauben (44), 4 M8-Unterlegscheiben (52) und 2 M8-Ny- lonmuttern (54).
  • Seite 39 Schritt 7 Montieren Sie das Fußrohr (08) am höhenverstellbaren Rohr (05) und sichern Sie es mit 1 M8 x 45 mm Sechskantschraube (37), 1 M8 Unterlegscheibe (52) und 1 M8 Nylonmutter (54). Schritt 8 Befestigen Sie das höhenverstellbare Rohr (05) am Rückenkissenrahmen (07), indem Sie den M16-Knopf (29) und den Φ8 x 50 mm Sicherungsstift (41) ziehen.

  • Seite 46 Passo 1 Aprire il Telaio Principale preassemblato, composto dalle parti (01) e (03). Inserire il Perno di Bloccaggio (41) attraverso i fori del Telaio Principale preassemblato. Passo 2 Inserire ciascuna barra girevole regolabile (02L) e (02R) nel Telaio di Supporto Posteriore (03), quindi fissarla con 2 Rondelle (18), 2 Tappi Terminali (19), 2 Rondelle Piatte M8 (52) e 2 Bulloni a Brugola M8*15mm (46).
  • Seite 47 Passo 3 Inserire il Tubo del Cuscino Poggiatesta preassemblato (06) nel Tubo del Cuscino dello Schie- nale (07) fissarlo con una Manopola M16 (29). Passo 4 Installare il Tubo del Cuscino dello Schienale preassemblato (07) su ciascuna Barra Girevole Regolabile (02L e 02R), quindi fissarlo con 4 Viti a Brugola M8*20mm (47), 8 Rondelle Piatte M8 (52) e 4 Dadi in Nylon M8.

Installare il Corrimano Destro (13R) sul lato destro del telaio principale, quindi fissarlo con 2 Bulloni a Brugola M8*55mm (44), 4 Rondelle Piatte M8 (52) e 2 Dadi in Nylon M8 (54).
