Timer function

The timer function can be used like an egg
timer. The microwave's cooking function will
not be activated.
1. Press the "Time/Timer" button (16) once.

The indicator and the timer indicator
appear on the display (11):
2. Turn the function selector (15) to a time
between 0:05 and 95 minutes.
You can set the time in the following steps:

up to 1 min
1-5 min
5–10 min
10-30 min
30-95 min
3. Press the "Start/+30 Sec./Confirm" but-
ton (14) after setting the required time.
The selected time is now counted down on
the display (11).
When the time has elapsed, five long sig-
nal tones will sound and the appliance will
switch back to normal time display.

Safety lock (child safety lock)

If the safety lock (child safety) is activated,
then all buttons including the function selector
will not work.
Activating the safety lock is only
possible when the appliance is in
idle state.
• To switch on the safety lock, press and hold
the "Stop/Delete" button (13) for approxi-
mately 3 seconds.
A signal tone sounds and the locking indi-
cator appears beneath the time on the
display (11) .
If the time has not been set, the dis-
play will show

• To switch off the safety lock, press and hold
the "Stop/Delete" button (13) again for ap-
proximately 3 seconds.
A signal tone sounds and the locking indi-
cator on the display (11) goes out. The
buttons have been unlocked again.
