All materials which are also used in a conven-
tional oven are suitable for grilling.

Size and shape

– Flat, wide containers are more suitable
than tall, narrow ones. "Flat" dishes can
cook through more evenly.
– Round or oval shaped containers are more
suitable than square or rectangular con-
tainers. There is a risk of localised over-
heating in the corners!
