Required tools

• Screwdriver
for X1S2: 0.6 x 3.5 mm for
XDN2: 0.4 x 2.5 mm
Disassembling
CAUTION
Remove the VM350 power supply module
while live.
Damage to the VM350 power supply module!
Isolate the relevant system components

before disassembling the VM350 power
supply module.
For reasons of safety, the VM350 power

supply module may only be inserted or re-
moved at the earliest 10 seconds after
the power supply to the BT356 card rack
or SB356 system box has been switched
off.
Proceed as follows to disassemble the VM350
power supply module:
1. Switch off the power supply for the BT356
card rack or SB356 system box and allow
for a discharging time of 10 seconds.
2. Disconnect the cables from XDN2 and X1S2.
3. Loosen the knurled screws on the front
panel and pull out the VM350 power supply
module.
