5 Initial Operation

5 Initial Operation
Before initial operation, the proper seat of all
jumpers must be ensured. For initial operati-
on, please proceed as follows:
1 Insert battery (see section 4.1)
2 Insert SEH302 into system box or BT300
3 Insert, if necessary, Rexroth modules into
the SEH302
4 Turn on voltage supply for the system box
or card rack
5 Connect operating computer
6 Configure the interfaces and program the
tightening system
5.1 Available interface modules
The SEH302 has two modular card slots, X8
and X9, in which the interface modules can
be inserted to extend the hand-held nutrun-
ner control. Available interface modules:

For safety reasons and EMC regulations, the
slots that are not equipped with Rexroth inter-
face modules must be closed off with BP302
dummy panels, order no. 3 608 871 392.

Before inserting the in-
terface modules, the
system boxes or
