Do not attempt to repair the dam-

age yourself. This will void the war-
ranty.
X Switch off the Vaporizer immedi-
ately.
X Disconnect the Vaporizer from the
power source.
X Contact our Service Center direct-
ly.
X Send the defective Vaporizer to our
Service Center for repair

Possible Cause/Remedy
Make sure that the battery is charged.
Battery temperature is too high.
Allow the Vaporizer to cool down.
Battery temperature is too low.
Move the Vaporizer to a warm environment.
Do not heat the Vaporizer with an external heat
source such as a stove, microwave or lighter.
The power adapter is not suitable.
Use an original Storz & Bickel power adapter or 12
Volt Car Charger.
The Vaporizer is faulty.
In this case, disconnect from the mains without
delay and get in touch immediately with our Service
Center.

9.3 Disposal

X After the warranty period, dispose

of an irreparable Vaporizer through
the material cycle or send it to our
Service Center for disposal.
