Rotate the cover counter-clockwise to
lock it at the base.

Problems
The machine does not froth the milk.
Please contact customer service for any problems not covered in the above table or when the suggested solutions do not
solve the problem.

Rotate the handle counter-clockwise to
bring it to the locked position.
Causes
Milk with unsuitable fat content.
Cover parts not installed correctly.
The coff ee machine is not ready to dispense
steam.
Overheated milk

The carafe is now ready for use.
Solutions
Change the type of milk used.
Check cover assembly.
Check the machine operation.
Check that the indicator arrow is in the blue
area.
