DO NOT FORCE THE INCLINATION OF THE CARAFE. PUSH IT
DOWNWARDS ONLY WHEN IT HAS REACHED ITS LIMIT STOP ON THE
FITTING.
REMOVING THE CARAFE
The following operations show how to properly remove the carafe from the machine.

STOP ON THE FITTING.

Slightly pull the carafe upwards to unlock
it, checking that the locking frame has
been passed (B).
After use remove the container from the machine and place it in the refrigerator for proper conservation.
Store the milk according to producer's instructions and do NOT use it after best-before date.
Wash the container as described in the "MILK CARAFE CLEANING" section (see page 12).

Firmly insert the carafe up to its limit
stop onto the steam nozzle (A). Follow
the inclination of the nozzle to pass the
locking frame (B).

Keep the inclination angle of the carafe constant to
remove it from the fi tting. Slightly rotate the carafe
clockwise and counter-clockwise alternatively on
the connecting nozzle axis whilst pulling it.

Push the carafe downwards up to its limit
stop on the drip tray grill.

Make sure the carafe is locked onto its
locking frame (B). A sound can be heard
when the carafe has been correctly
inserted and locked.
