Troubleshooting
Problem
The pump does not create a vacuum when placed on a container or the vacuum does not last.
Remedy
• Make sure that the lid of the box, the silicone seal and the valve are in the correct position,
are not dirty or wet and that the lid is securely closed.
• The vacuum pump may be sitting too loosely on the valve. During the vacuuming process,
lightly press the vacuum pump into the dock surrounding the valve to create a tight seal
between the pump and the valve.
• If the problem cannot be rectified in spite of this, please contact our customer service.
