Extrem festsitzende Schleifwerkzeu-
ge müssen mit einem Gabelschlüs-
sel, statt mit der Spindelarretierung,
gelöst werden.
3.3 Arbeitshinweise
Diese Maschine ist mit einer
Elektronik und
Überlastschutz ausgerüstet und
funktioniert wie folgt:
• Sanftes (ruckfreies) Anlau-
fen.
• Mit zunehmendem Arbeits-
druck fliesst mehr Strom
durch den Motor, womit die
Drehzahl nahezu konstant
gehalten werden kann.
• Wird der Motor überlastet,
unterbricht die Elektronik die
Stromzufuhr und schaltet
ab. Sodann ist:
- die Maschine mit EIN-/
AUS-Schalter abzuschal-
ten
- kurze Zeit zu warten
- Maschine einzuschalten
- Maschine zur Kühlung
kurze Zeit ohne Belastung
laufen zu lassen
- weiter zu arbeiten.
Durch gefühlvolles, konzentrier-
tes und ratterfreies Arbeiten wird
die Abtragsleistung erhöht.

Indications de travail

Cette machine est équipée d'un
integriertem circuit électronique et d'une pro-
tection contre les surcharges et
fonctionne comme suit :
• Démarrage doux (sans
saccades)
• Lors d'une augmentation
de la pression de travail,
un courant plus important
passe dans le moteur, per-
mettant de maintenir à un
niveau presque constant la
vitesse de rotation.
• Si le moteur est surchargé,
l'électronique coupe l'arrivée
de courant entraînant un
déclenchement.
Ainsi :
- la machine doit être
déclenchée par l'interrup-
teur EN/HORS
- attendre un bref instant
- enclencher la ma- chine
- laisser tourner la machine
un bref instant sans charge
pour permettre sa ventila-
tion
- poursuivre le travail
Par un travail mené avec sen-
sibilité, concentration et sans
broutement,
abrasive est sensiblement aug-
mentée.
Grinding tools which are tightened

released using an open-end wrench
instead of with the locking mecha-
nism.

Working instructions

This machine is equipped with
an electronic control unit and
integrated overload protection
and operates with the following
characteristics:
• Soft (jerk-free) starting.
• With increasing contact
pressure more current will
flow through the motor,
thereby maintaining a nearly
constant speed.
• If the motor is overloaded,
the electronic control will in-
terrupt the supply of current
and shut down the machine.
Then, the machine is to
- be turned off with the ON/
OFF switch
- wait a short time - turn the
machine back on again
- for cooling, allow the
machine to run for a short
time without load
- continue working.
Increase the abrasion rate by
gently, concentrated and chat-
la performance ter-free working.
