Problem
The burner flame is low.

than 5 °C and the gas
bottle is less than 25 %
full.
The gas hose is twisted
or kinked.
The control dial is in the
"HIGH" position.
Low gas pressure
The unit is standing on
an uneven surface.
The heater is at an
angle.
Dirt or protective film
on the reflector and the
radiator
Blockage in the burner
Solution
Replace the gas bottle.
Straighten the gas hose
and carry out a leak
test.
Turn the control dial
to the "OFF" position.
Allow the appliance
to cool down to room
temperature and check
the burner and burner
openings for blockages.
Replace the gas bottle.
Place the unit on a level
surface.
Align the unit so that it
is standing straight.
Clean the reflector and
the radiator.
Let the heater
cool down to room
temperature and check
the burner and the
burner openings for
blockages and remove
them if necessary.
