5.6 Electrical mounting of the gas density monitor with analogue output
signal (4 ... 20 mA)
5.6.1 Requirements for voltage supply
Supply voltage: DC 10 ... 30 V
The gas density sensor must be supplied with power by an energy-limited circuit in
accordance with IEC 61010-1.
5.6.2 Requirements for electrical connection
Select a cable diameter that matches the cable bushing of the connector or the cable

socket. Make sure that the cable gland of the mounted connector or mounted cable
socket has a tight fit and that the seals are present and undamaged. Tighten the
threaded connection and check that the seal is correctly seated, in order to ensure
the ingress protection.
Make sure that no moisture enters at the cable end.
