7.7 • Connection of control valves and air ducts

• The control valves are connected to the connectors of the Healthbox by means of RJ45 patch
cables.
Pay attention that the control valve is always connected to the corresponding connector:
Connect control valve a to connector
Connect control valve b to connector ➊
Connect control valve c to connector ➋
Connect control valve d to connector ➌
Connect control valve e to connector ➍
Connect control valve f to connector ➎
Connect control valve g to connector ➏
(only for Healthbox Smartzone)
Connect control valve h to connector ➐
(only for Healthbox Smartzone)
In this way the measurements of
the ventilator air flows for automatic
control are performed correctly.

• Install the control valves on the ventilator unit.
• The sticker on the control valve indicates the room to which
the control valve must be connected.
(in damp rooms: connect max. 1 room per control valve)
• These valves are pre-programmed by means of dip switches.
• If required, adjust the air flow and control value of the
control valve according to the required air flow for the room
according to EPB (setting of dip switches: see section 7.9).
