7.4.2.1 • Installation possibility 1: External mounting

• A possibility is provided for fixing the plenum at the 4 corners of the plenum. Mark the 4
hole positions (320 x 320 mm). Predrill to an appropriate diameter (e.g. in wood) or insert
a suitable dowel, depending on the type of substrate, for the use of a countersunk chipboard
screw dia. 5 x 120. (Max. screw diameter - 5 mm)
• Insert the screw into the hole and position the spacer sleeve supplied under the screw.
In order to prevent accidental damage to the plenum. Now screw tight (into the dowel or the
substrate).

7.4.2.2 • Installation possibility 2: Internal mounting
For this, shell-shaped housing and plenum have to be separated from one another:
INSERT THE SCREWDRIVER FROM BELOW INTO THE CLIPS, NOT FROM ABOVE!
• After removal, the plenum can be fixed in place by inserting the screws through the 4 internal
mounting holes. (Use suitable dowels, depending on the type of substrate)
• The plenum can be fixed e.g. using a 4 x 50 or max. 4.5 x 50 chipboard screw.
