Cassettes
If you would like to send cassettes back to Sartorius Stedim Biotech for
evaluation, please proceed as follows:
— Disinfect the cassette with 1 N NaOH.
— The following information should be included
1. which media was filtered
2. which failure was detected
3. operating parameters used
4. information about the disinfectants used.
