slider sensor to the desired minutes num-
ber.
3. To change the timer's minutes number
in the double-digit range, touch the timer
sensor (11).
4. Touch the slider sensor (10) or swipe your
finger over the slider sensor to the desired
minutes number.
5. To cancel the timer, touch the slider sen-
sor (10) at the " " position.
6. Touch the timer sensor (11) again and
then the slider sensor (10) at the " " po-
sition.
In the display next to the timer sensor, "
will flash.
7. Press the timer sensor (11).
"- -" will illuminate on the timer display.
The timer is now cancelled.
Use as a cooking time limit
The cooking zones to be switched off via the
cooking time limit must be in use.
1. To set the cooking time limit for a cooking
zone, touch this cooking zone's sensor.
The heat setting display for the selected
cooking zone flashes. The cooking zone is
activated.
2. Press the timer sensor (11).

The " " indicator beside the timer sensor
will flash (pre-set to 10 minutes). The units

position " " will flash. A red dot will light up
continuously on the heat setting display. It
indicates that the timer is active.
3. To increase the minutes number for the
cooking time limit in the single-digit range,
touch the slider sensor (10) or swipe your
finger right over the slider sensor.
4. To increase the cooking time limit's min-
utes number in the double-digit range,
touch the timer sensor (11).
Next to the timer sensor, "
the display.
5. Touch the slider sensor again or swipe
your finger right over the slider sensor.
6. Touch the timer sensor to confirm the se-
lection.
Cooking zones and sensors
The countdown will start shortly after the
last time the sensor was pressed. The re-
maining time is shown on the timer display.
If the cooking time limit has been activated
for several cooking zones, you must touch
the sensor for the desired cooking zone to
display the remaining time.

you will hear a beep and the cooking
zone will shut off.
If other cooking zones are likewise switched
on, these will remain active.
Changing/cancelling the time in the
cooking time limit
You can change a pre-set timer at any time.
1. Press the sensor for the cooking zone for
which you wish to change the timer.
A dot will light up beside the cooking
zone's heat setting display.
The heat setting display for the selected
cooking zone flashes.
2. Press the timer sensor (11).
The remaining number of minutes until
shut-down will flash for a few seconds. The
setting can be changed while this indicator
is flashing. Afterwards, the indicator will be
illuminated normally again.
