Warranty
Legal right of warranty is applied according to German Civil Code.
Guarantee
During the guarantee period of two years (calculated from the date of purchase)
repairs will be carried out free of charge providing they are not necessitated by
improper use.
Care And Cleaning
No particular care and cleaning agents are necessary for the MODULAS TOUCH.
The device should be cleaned with a soft, fluff-free cloth. Metallic surfaces can be
cleaned additionally with alcohol (70 %ig). Care should be taken to ensure that
no moisture penetrates the interior of the device. But if moisture has penetrated
the device, the MODULAS TOUCH must undergo a technical safety control before
being re-used.
Re-Setting, Modifications And Repairs
The manufacturer is only then responsible for the safety and performance of the
device providing any re-settings, modifications and repairs have been carried out
by the manufacturer or by personnel authorized by the manufacturer and that the
device has been operated in compliance with the operating instructions.
Technical Safety Controls
With commercial use a technical safety control (according to § 6 MPBetreibV) has
to be carried out on the MODULAS TOUCH every twelve months. In this respect
please contact our service department.
