Starting The Therapy
After touching the
start/stop
button on the laser, the laser ready display flashes
for 2 seconds. The laser status display in the basic device also changes to laser
ready (display :
).
The
start/stop
button can only then be re-touched after this pause to start the
treatment. Having started, the laser beam will be emitted. The display laser
operating status
will continue to illuminate in the basic device for the duration
of the dangerous radiation emission and additionally the laser warning symbol
will be displayed.
The area laser has an automatically starting pilot light in order to show the treat-
ment area.
If the laser is not started in the ready mode within 10 seconds, it reverts to the stop
mode
.
Terminating The Therapy
The therapy can be discontinued at any time by touching the
start/stop
button. It
terminates automatically once the set therapy duration time has elapsed.
Settings
The settings menu is opened by
touching the field "Settings"
. Exit
this menu without having carried out
any changes by touching "back".
Setting The Clock
The device clock setting window is
opened by touching the field "time".
Touch the arrow icons above and below
the displayed time to set the time in
minutes and seconds and confirm the
setting with "OK".
After confirmation, the clock will show
the new time.
If you leave this window with "cancel",
the changes will not be implemented.
