4. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

The instructions contain the following categories of
safety precaution:
WARNING!
Personal injury possible:
Notes with the word WARNING! warn of a
potential risk. If this is not prevented, death
or serious injury may be the consequence.
ATTENTION!
Personal injury or property damages
are possible:
Notes with the word ATTENTION! warn of a
potential risk. If this is not prevented, minor
or slight injury may be the consequence.
The product or something in the vicinity
may be badly damaged.
CAUTION!
Personal injury or property damages
are possible:
Notes with the word CAUTION! warn of a
potentially damaging situation. If this not
prevented, the product or something in its
vicinity may be damaged.

If you are not sure about the assembly, please ask your

Check the bicycle carrier and the load regularly! You
are required to do so and may be held liable in case of
damage.

The driver is always responsible for

Exceeding the maximum payload of the
bicycle rack and the permitted supporting
load of the trailer tow bar or permitted
overall weight may lead to serious acci-
dents.
• Always observe the specifications regar-
ding the maximum payload, permitted
supporting load and permitted overall
weight of your vehicle. Do not exceed
these specifications at any time.
