2.6 Road travel
2.6.1 Checklist for road travel
Before travelling on roads, the following checks
and work must be carried out:
1. Empty the shovel
2. Remove coarse dirt from the machine
3. Check the lighting equipment
4. Check the mirror settings
5. Close the engine bonnet
6. Provide the shovel blade with a protective guard
7. The following safety equipment must be taken
with you:
•
warning triangle*,
•
first-aid kit*,
•
chock.
8. The operation permit and driver's licence class V
are to be taken with you.
In addition, observe the national regulations
(e.g. Highway Code).

Take note of the following before
travelling on public roads:
1. Mount tooth guard on the loading
shovel.
2. Fully tip up shovel.
2.6.1 Checkliste für Straßenfahrt
Vor Antritt der Straßenfahrt sind folgende Kon-
trollen und Arbeiten durchzuführen:
1. Schaufel entleeren.
2. Maschine vom groben Schmutz befreien.
3. Beleuchtungseinrichtungen kontrollieren.
4. Spiegeleinstellung überprüfen.
5. Motorhaube schließen.
6. Schaufelmesser mit Schutzleiste versehen.
7. Folgende Sicherheitseinrichtungen müssen mit-
geführt werden:
•
Warndreieck*,
•
Verbandskasten*,
•
Unterlegkeil.
8. Betriebserlaubnis und Führerscheinklasse V sind
mitzuführen.
Zusätzlich die nationalen Bestimmungen beach-
ten (z.B. StVO und StVZO).

Vor Fahrten auf öffentlichen Stra-
ßen ist zu beachten:
1. Schaufelmesser mit Schutzleiste
versehen.
2. Schaufel voll ankippen.
