- Fit the accessory that the recipe you are ma-
king requires (G, H, I, J, S, T).
- Add the ingredients you want into the jar. If the
food processor accessory is required, you will
need to fit the processor lid and feed the ingre-
dients directly through the hole in the lid.
- To weigh the food, press the scale button
- Fit the lid on the jug, food processor or stea-
mer. (Fig.4).
- Work with the food you want to process.
- During standby mode, the red and white lights
flash. When cooking, the red light indicates
that the temperature is above 60ºC, whereas
the white light indicates that the temperature is
below 60ºC in any operating mode.
GUIDED RECIPES:
- The step-by-step guided recipes appear in
this section. You can use the search engine to
search through them alphabetically or by recipe
category.
- Once you have selected the recipe that you
want to make, press the photo to access the
recipe. The details of the recipe will appear:
ingredients, steps, additional information, ac-
cessories needed for the recipe, total cooking
time and the number of servings it makes.
- You can start the recipe by pressing the start/
pause button and the guided steps will appear.
- You can manually scroll through the steps by
turning the Control knob (M).
- To save the recipe to favourites, press the
heart .
- By pressing the button you can view all the
details of the recipe .

MANUAL MODE:

- Click the temperature/time/speed button and
adjust each setting by using your finger to
swipe the image directly on the screen or by
turning the control knob.
- Click the temperature button to set the corre-
sponding parameters. Temperature range: 37
to 120ºC in steps of 5ºC.
- To set the corresponding parameters, click the
time button in min (minutes) or sec (seconds).
Time range: 0-90 minutes.
- To select the desired speed, click the speed
button. Speed range: 0-12 If you want to
change the blades' direction of rotation, click
on the symbol (this option is only available
for speeds 1-3).
- When setting the desired speed, the accesso-
ries that can be used at this speed are display-
ed at the bottom of the button.
- Having selected the parameters, click the start/
pause button or press the control knob to begin
processing.
. - Click the start/pause button or press the cont-
rol knob to pause processing.
- Click the stop button or press and hold the
control knob for several seconds to stop the
unit and end the program or recipe.
AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS:
- Select the automatic program based on the
recipe you wish to make.
- The settings are pre-set, however, you can
modify them according to your preferences, as
explained in the Manual mode section.
- Having selected the parameters, click the
start/pause button or press the control knob to
begin processing.
- Click the start/pause button or press the cont-
rol knob to pause processing.
- Click the stop button
control knob for several seconds to stop the
unit and end the program.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE
APPLIANCE:
- When the selected process, recipe or program
has finished, the display will indicate that it has
finished and it will beep twice.
- Press and hold the control knob for a few se-
conds to end the process at any time (Fig.6).
- Remove the lid and the jug to clean them, as
explained in the cleaning section of this manu-
al. To avoid the risk of burns, first allow them to
cool down (Fig.7).
- Stop the appliance by using the ON/OFF
switch.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains.

SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR
- The appliance has a safety device, which
protects it from overheating. The appliance will
switch off if the base of the jug overheats.
- Possible causes: using the blades for mixing,
heating an empty jug or cooking food at too
high a temperature and/or for too long. If you
see that the food is going to burn, then lower
