Please read this instructions manual carefully
before starting to use the device, and keep it for
future reference when necessary.

2. INSTALLATION

 Remove the protective nylon coat on the device,
and clear any adhesive on the surface with an
appropriate solvent.
 Fit the device underneath a hood to exhaust the
smoke, stink and steam released by the cooking
process.
 The exhaust fan should have the shared energy
connection with the device if it is proposed to
exhaust the steam by forced draught. If no
ventilation is available, device operation should
stop. Meanwhile, suction capacity should not be
higher or lower than the gas released by the
device.
 Fit the device on a smooth and tough surface by
levelling it through its adjustable feet.
 For a smooth installation and maintenance, the
surface on which the device is placed should have
a clearance of 60 cm on the left. This would also
ease the air suction of the motor. Again for
seamless air circulation, a clearance of around 10
cm should be left on the rear.
 While fitting the device, it should be ensured that
the oven door can be opened by minimum 110
for smooth loading and discharge.
3. WATER CONNECTION
 Install a 3/4" water line to the water inlet, and
mount a 3/4" global valve to an appropriate
location.
 Water supply to the device should be 2-4 bars at

4. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
 The device should be connected to an appropriate
network at DIN VDE 0100 standards.
 The device should be supplied with 220-230V 1N
AC 50-60Hz mains voltage.
 For the power line, a H07 RN-F rated cable of

3x1.5 mm cross-section should be used.
 Voltage tolerance  should not exceed 10%.

purpose, DIN VDE 0100, Article 540 should be
taken into consideration. The ground screw is

5. GAS CONNECTION
 Refer to an authorized service technician for the
gas connection of the device.
 A gas valve should be fitted on an easily-
accessible location to rapidly cut gas supply in
emergency.
 Once all connections are complete, conduct a gas
leak test on joints.
 Check whether the device suits the type of gas
supplied. If not, please refer to the section
"Conversion to Different Gases".
 All pieces needed for montage will be supplied by
manufacturing company.
 Gas flex and gas hose connections must be carried
out in accordance with TS EN 14800 standard.
7. CONVERSION TO DIFFERENT GASES
The device is factory set to operate with 20 mbar
NG (G20) gas. If the device is to be operated with
a different gas, please refer to the authorized
service.

WARNING: If a procedure for conversion to a
different gas was applied to the device, please
attach the sticker matching the gas used to a
clearly visible point on the device.
8. BEFORE USE
Operational check on gas parts
 Check the gas cock screw settings and the speed
settings of the blower motor according to the
instructions manual of the device. Make sure that
there are no gas leaks and that the hood system is
properly functional.
 If necessary, please refer to the section
"Troubleshooting" below.
Thermal Power Check
 In case of conversion to different gases, or after a
maintenance procedure following the installation,
the thermal power of the device should be
checked.
