Press the Temperature Button Setting
to display current setting for a period of 5 seconds
during operation. After this period, the display
turns back to show the measured temperature.
Fast Cooling Button
Use the Cooling Button when
necessary to start the cooling function. During
cooling function, fan speed is half when the cabin
door is open, and full when the door is open.
Time Display
Cooling
temperature and error/warning
displayed. Cooking time is displayed in minutes.
Time starts to count down from the value set.
Time count does not start until actual oven
temperature reaches the value set. The display
indicates the remaining time to the completion of
cooking (if time mode is selected). Meanwhile,
centre (:) LEDs start to flash. Use the rotary
switch to set the time while selecting the cooking
mode. Once the time value setting or the meat
temperature setting is reached, cooking is ended.
Once cooking time is complete (0:00), the buzzer
sounds and cooking is ended.

Press this button to select time-set
cooking. In this case, the LED on the button
flashes. Once the LED flashes, use the rotary
switch to set the cooking time, and press the
button to acknowledge the setting. If you hold the
time setting button during cooking, the display
starts to sequentially indicate the total time setting
and elapsed time. If you release the button, the
display turns back to its normal indication
(remaining time) after 3 seconds. While cooking
in the Meat Probe Mode, the time display shows
the instant meat probe temperature. However, if
you hold the time button for less than 5 seconds,
the time display starts to instantly show the
elapsed time, and then turns back to show the
meat probe value after 5 seconds. If you hold this
button for more than 5 seconds, the time display
constantly shows the elapsed time.

Meat Probe Button
Press this button to select meat-probe
cooking mode. In this case, the LED on the button
flashes. Use the rotary switch to set the value
within the range of 30-90°C. The meat-probe
cooking mode is time-dependent.

Manual Steam Button
Use this button to supply extra steam
into the cabin during cooking while the cabin
temperature is within the 100ºC – 250ºC range. If
you press this button, steam is supplied into the
cabin for 1 second. Repeatedly press the button to
increase the supply.
Reset Button
Use this button to reset the burners when they
ndicate a burning error code.
Automatic Wash Button
Use this button to enter the wash menu.
Use the rotary switch to select among 3 different
washing modes, namely "LOW", "NORMAL",
and "HIGH". Press t he button to start washing.
The flashing LED on the button indicates that
washing is active.
Fan Control Button
This button is used to control fan
speed in the oven. Press this button to change fan
speed during cooking. There are 4 different fan
speeds.
