Drill Guide Kit 200 mm

General Information
The Drill Guide Kit 200 mm is used for navigating drill bits
and/or K-wires.
The depth control is used to set the maximum required drill
depth.
A trocar can be used optionally to enable minimally invasive
insertion of the drill guide tube through a small incision.
The Drill Guide Kit 200 mm is compatible with Cirq
(56000).

Assembly and Workflow
For information regarding assembly and workflow, please
refer to the Spine & Trauma Instrument User Guide or the
Cirq System Hardware User Guide.
How to Disassemble
1.
Remove the drill bit ① from the drill guide.
Remove the drill guide tube ③ from the handle ⑤ by

turning the drill guide tube clockwise.
3.
Remove the depth control ④ from the handle ⑤.
Completely unscrew and disassemble the fixation
4.
nut ⑥, scale ⑦, counter nut ⑧ and inner tube ⑨
from the depth control.
5.
Remove the handle ⑪ from the handle base ⑩.

Reprocessing
NOTE: Reprocess all parts separately.

Attach appropriate flexible flushing tubes to proximal

Automatic cleaning and disinfection.
4.
Steam sterilization.

Warnings and Cautions
Warning
•
The diameter of the drill guide tube must match that of
the drill bit or K-wire intended for the operation. If it
does not match, accurate navigation cannot be
guaranteed. This could cause severe patient injury.
•
Only use the Drill Guide Depth Control with specified
Brainlab drill bits that support depth control and bear
the corresponding label.

Allgemeine Informationen
Das Bohrführungsset 200 mm wird für das Navigieren von
Bohrern und Kirschner-Drähten verwendet.
Mit dem Tiefenanschlag wird die maximal erforderliche
Bohrtiefe eingestellt.
Optional kann ein Trokar verwendet werden, um die
Bohrhülse minimal-invasiv über eine kleine Inzision
einzusetzen.
Das Bohrführungsset 200 mm ist kompatibel mit Cirq
(56000).

Demontage

Entfernen Sie den Bohrer ① von der Bohrführung.
Drehen Sie die Bohrhülse ③ im Uhrzeigersinn, um sie

vom Griff ⑤ zu entfernen.
3.
Entfernen Sie den Tiefenanschlag ④ vom Griff ⑤.
Lösen und entfernen Sie die Fixiermutter ⑥, die

Skala ⑦, die Kontermutter ⑧ und die innere Hülse ⑨
vom Tiefenanschlag.
5.
Entfernen Sie den Griff ⑪ von der Griffhalterung ⑩.

Der Durchmesser der Bohrhülse muss mit dem
für die OP vorgesehenen Bohrer oder Kirschner-
Draht übereinstimmen. Andernfalls kann eine
genaue Navigation nicht garantiert werden, was
möglicherweise zu einer ernsthaften Verletzung
des Patienten führt.
•
Verwenden Sie den Bohrführungs-Tiefenanschlag
ausschließlich mit den angegebenen Brainlab-
Bohrern, die mit dem Tiefenanschlag kompatibel
sind und über die entsprechende Kennzeichnung
verfügen.
