7. After the set time has elapsed, the cooker automatically switches off and a
signal tone sounds.
8. Turn off the thermostat and set the main switch to OFF before unplugging the
appliance.
9. Place the appliance in the sink or tub and drain the water by pressing the tap
down. Let the appliance cool down.
10. After the appliance has cooled down, remove the glasses with oven gloves or
pliers as they will be hot for a long time. Allow the glasses to cool completely.
Workflow
• Set the Start/Stop knob to the desired temperature as indicated in the
reference chart for preserving. Set the indicated time for preserving and press
on the Start/Stop knob. The heat symbol
start heating up. The duration for heating up can be up to 90 minutes. The
timer starts counting down, when pre set temperature is reached
• All settings may also be corrected during operation. Just switch off the
appliance, press on the Start/Stop knob to do so, and then re-set the desired
setting. Any remaining water in the preserver can be removed through the
outlet tap. Put a heat-resistant container under the outlet tap and press down
the outlet tap's lever. The water will be drained. Allow the preserver to cool
down once the water has been removed.
• Remove the bottling jars. Leave the clamps or other lid fasteners on the
bottling jars until they have completely cooled down.
Juice Extractor Setting
• The boiling machine is ideal for juicing when using a juicer attachment (not
included). To ensure maximum steam generation, set the start/stop control to
the maximum temperature until the following symbol appears:
• Switch off the time electronics by pressing the timer button. The following
symbol will appear
• Place the juicer attachment on top and fill with at least 6 litres of water. Load
the fruit basket and put on the lid.
• Press the start/stop button to turn on the appliance. The appliance will now
heat up to the maximum setting and produce the steam required for juicing.
• Attention! Switch off the appliance after juicing by pressing the start/stop
control.
• Fill up with water before each new juicing process.
