In its effort to develop its products, the manufacturer reserves the
right to make changes to the features specified in this literature at
any time it sees fit. Customers are therefore advised to seek
confirmation of published figures. The manufacturer's liability for
damages resulting from product defects may be reduced or waived
when the damage is attributable jointly to a product defect and the
responsibility of the person sustaining the damage or of a third party
for whom the damaged party is responsible. (Article 8, 85/374/EEC)
Aufgrund der Entwicklung der Vorschriften und der Produkte behält
es sich die Firma vor, jederzeit die Eigenschaften der Produkte zu
ändern, die in dieser Veröffentlichung beschrieben werden und die
daher jedesmal neu zu überprüfen sind. Die Haftung des Herstellers
für Schäden, die durch Mängel des Produktes entstanden sind,
kann eingeschränkt oder beseitigt werden, wenn der entstandene
Schaden sowohl von einem Mangel des Produktes als auch durch
Verschulden des Geschädigten oder einer anderen Person
verursacht wurde, für die der Geschädigte verantwortlich ist.
