• Lie down on a soft surface, e.g. a yoga mat (not included).
• Keep your feet and shoulders aligned.
• Place the product between your thighs.
• Rise your upper body off the mat and squeeze the product with your thighs.
• Lie back down and release the pressure from the product.
• Complete 8-10 repetitions.
