HOW TO FOLD THE ROWING MACHINE
Store your machine in a dry area away from children and high traffic areas as shown in the illustration.
Be sure it is secure and cannot fall onto small animals or children.
If you do not use the rowing machine you can save space by folding in the slide rail.
1. Lift the slide rail (37) slightly at the point where it meets the main frame (11). Use your other hand to
loosen and remove the handwheel screw (35) and the washer (36). Don't lose the small parts!
2. Push the seat forward so that it does not fall and carefully lift the slide rail (37) upwards, into the
vertical. To hold the rail in position, screw the handwheel screw (35) through the fixing plate (11A)
into the side of the slide rail (37).
