Serial outputs

This Output will be activated at the beginning of the Pre-Squeeze Time and will
be deactivated at the end of the Hold Time.
This output is turned on at the end of hold time if no fault occurs and at the end of
hold time for a weld schedule run in no weld external mode. This output will not
turn on if a fault occurs during a weld. The start time of the weld complete signal
is programmable before and after the start of hold time. The duration of the Weld
Complete signal is programmable. The start of the Timing sequence is
independent of Serial Input 1.05 PS Input, but will be shut off if binary pilot serial
inputs 1.14 – 2.05 go high during the weld complete signal (i.e. weld complete
signal is reset with new pilot binary).
Weld complete delay is a programmable parameter that delays weld complete
signal for the amount of time programmed in the parameter, timing begins after
end of hold time.
Weld complete dwell is a programmable parameter that holds weld complete
signal high for the duration of time programmed, timing starts with end of weld
complete delay time.
This output is on at all times if any serial output 1.06 – 1.11 = "Stepper #x
required"
(Stepped Out)" is on.
This output is off only if all serial output 1.06 – 1.11 = "Stepper #x (Stepped Out)"
are off.
If the Weld Controller has an active fault condition, this Output will be on.
This output is turned off by the reset of the fault condition by either the Fault
Reset input or receipt of a Binary Input (For process Faults only).
This output is turned on with receipt of the NTSR serial input 1.12 or disrete input
E_02. This output stays on until receipt of next Binary Pilot.
This output is turned on with receipt of the DTSR serial input 1.13 or discrete
input E_03. This output stays on until receipt of next Binary Pilot.
The outputs show the status of counter 1 – 6. If any specific counter is at end of
life, the appropriate output is on. Output maintenance required is turned on by
any of these outputs.
Free.
Through those Outputs, the Weld Controller can send an Error Code. Please see
Code x"
Error Code Table.
